Is my data anonymous?

If you download the app and use it, then your feedback is completely confidential and anonymous. We do not collect any mobile device personal details such as phone numbers or contacts, we do not need access to any pictures, contacts, microphones or locations, all we're interested in is your feedback to answer the questions asked.

Why does Buzz-Tap need to use my camera>

Buzz-tap will ask to use your camera so we can use the QR code scan option, it uses the camera to see and detect the QR code. You can deny access to the camera, meaning you cant use the QR code scanner, but you can still type the code in yourself and you have full functionality.

Where can the users download the app from? Is it free?

Users can download the app for free from Apple Appstore and Android playstores for free. If you wish to utilise it to gather the feedback and have access to the answers and results of the surveys, then you'll need to pay the monthly subscription fees.

Is there a limit in the number of codes I can use?

Yes, there is a limit to the number of codes you can create according to the pricing plan you subscribe to. To see more details, please review the pricing page.

How soon can I start creating my codes after I subscribe?

You can start creating your codes, questions and gathering results as soon as you have finished subscribing.

What is the process if I want to terminate my subscription earlier?

Simply log into your account and go to your subscription information and you can review, cancel or modify your subscription settings there.

Is there a character limit in the user’s comment field?

Yes, you can enter up to 500 characters into the user.

How is the discount scaled according to the responses’ increase?

The discount is scaled according to your usage. As you increase the usage, there are 2 steps where the price per response drops from €0.05 to €0.04 and then €0.03. The flat fee increases at these steps, but the net result is a consistently falling price per response.

How do I receive my invoice?

You're billed automatically each month (unless you have 10 responses or less, in which case there is no charge) and the invoice is available through the customer portal when you log in, along with your billing history and current usage levels.

How can I include more questions for my audience?

Simply create more codes with questions and provide them to your audiences. You can have multiple codes active at any time.

Can I have my own company logo in the app?

Not just yet, but we're planning on adding that functionality in soon!

How does the QR code work?

QR code is just a mechanism of providing an easy to use code - you use the QR code created in the cade management section, then your users can simply scan if from the front page of their app.

Does the app work offline?

No, the app does not work offline as it needs to send the responses in order to provide real time feedback!

Is there a free trial?

You get 10 free responses each month, so you can create codes and test them for free!
